Organizational Behavior and Ethical Responsibility

This course in organizational behavior encompasses the study of individual and group behavior in organizational settings and explores the ethical issues to which employees are exposed. Contemporary issues in organizational behavior challenge individuals to recognize ethical dilemmas and resolve them through active deliberation and sound decision making.
